Our Returns Policy

You will have 15 days from receiving your item to return it without any reason and for free as long as the item meets our requirements. To start a return, you can contact us at pawfectpetcouture@gmail.com. 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items cannot be returned.

• The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Some health and personal care items
